GameNile currently ships orders within the United States only. We plan to expand shipping to additional countries in the future and appreciate your patience as we work toward offering international shipping.

Standard orders ship within 3 business days. When our current handling time is faster, individual product pages may display a shorter shipping timeframe, such as “Ships in 1 business day.”

During peak periods and other especially busy times, our standard handling time may temporarily increase to as much as 5 business days. If this happens, we'll post a notice prominently on our website so you'll know before placing your order.

The shipping timeframe displayed on a product page at the time of purchase reflects our current expected handling time.

Expedited Shipping

Need your order sooner? Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

Orders placed with an eligible expedited shipping option will receive priority handling and will ship within 1 business day.

Please note that our handling time refers to how quickly your order leaves GameNile. Carrier transit and delivery times begin after the package has been shipped and may vary based on the selected service, destination, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside of our control.

Free Shipping

GameNile offers free standard shipping on qualifying orders of $99 or more within the contiguous United States.

For orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders of $149 or more due to the higher cost of shipping to these destinations.

Free shipping applies to standard shipping only. Customers who choose an expedited shipping service will be responsible for the additional expedited shipping charge shown at checkout.

Shipping Carriers

We ship using USPS, FedEx, and UPS. The carrier and service used for an order may vary depending on the package size, weight, value, destination, and other shipping requirements.

Packing & Protection

Every order is packed with preservation in mind.

Games, consoles, accessories, collectibles, and other products are protected using appropriate packing materials based on the item being shipped. Our goal is simple: the condition you purchased is the condition we want arriving at your door.
