Returns

GameNile accepts eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a refund, the item must be returned to us in the same condition in which it was received, including any applicable accessories, manuals, inserts, packaging, and other components originally included with the purchase.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund for the eligible purchase amount.

For change-of-mind returns, any original shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable. If the return is due to an error on our part, or because an item arrived damaged, defective, or materially different from its description, applicable original shipping charges will also be refunded.

Starting a Return

To begin a return, email support@gamenile.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please include your order information and a brief description of the reason for the return. Once reviewed, you will be provided with return instructions along with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a Shipping Label if eligible.

Do not mail a return to GameNile until you have received an RMA number and return instructions from us. Returns sent without an RMA may be delayed or may not be properly associated with your order.

Please include or clearly reference your assigned RMA number with the return so that we can identify and process it correctly.

Depending on the reason for the return, we may provide additional shipping instructions or a prepaid return label.
